OrcaLeads AI provides AI-powered outbound automation infrastructure, including LinkedIn automation, lead generation tools, and multi-channel outreach capabilities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including LinkedIn's Terms of Service.

4. Ethical Use & Anti-Spam

OrcaLeads AI prohibits using our Platform for sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engaging in unethical prospecting practices. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our anti-spam policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

OrcaLeads AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
